Start off with a: 800m Run

Main Circuit – 3 Rounds for time

10 Overhead Squats (95 lbs)

10 Burpees with Dumbbells (20 lbs Dumbbells)

10 Pull ups

10 Renegade Rows (35 lbs Dumbbells)

10 T-Pushups with Dumbbells (20 lbs Dumbbells)

10 Box Jumps
