For about a year I kept hearing about this gym that I had to go and try out in Boynton Beach.  I was told that it would be right up my alley because the trainers there were going to challenge me with new exercises and techniques that would help me with obstacle race training and my clients. So in the beginning of October I finally decided to go and try out MOVE Fitness a Boynton Beach Gym.

The Boynton Beach gym MOVE Fitness offers many great classes starting at 5am for those that can function that early; not me. You can check out their schedule Here.  The gym is also open to members to come and challenge themselves with access to all the equipment including up to 425 lbs tracker tires, 20 foot rope climb, Boynton Beach Gymkettle-bells, sledge hammers, bench press, peg board, and much more.  They also offer 1 on 1 personal training.

So I started out by going to their Saturday morning Mayhem class, which is an hour and a half class.  The class was AWESOME and I was instantly hooked!! Jared Bolen, Head Trainer and owner of MOVE Fitness leads the class through a rigorous workout that may include (but not limited to) running (a lot of running), tire flipping, rope slams, hammer slams, box jumps, and those are a few of the ones I can name. Every week the class has a new challenge and I look forward to it.

I’ve also taken many of the afternoon classes during the week as they work better with my schedule.  Every class at MOVE Fitness has been great and has its own challenge.  All the instructors/ trainers are very approachable and are right there to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and to motivate you.

I did all my training leading up to the Miami BattleFrog obstacle race at MOVE Fitness where previously I had been training by myself at another local gym.  I only took their classes leading up to the race and I have to say that I was ready for every obstacle thanks to the team at MOVE Fitness.  I feel stronger, faster, and better overall conditioning. Thanks guys.

I would recommend MOVE Fitness to all fitness levels, those looking for a new challenge, and looking to reach their goals.

I have officially made MOVE Fitness my new training facility.  You should definitely visit them, take a class and you’ll be hooked also. For more information about MOVE Fitness you can call them at 561-413-3779 or visit their website MOVEfitboynton.com or just visit them Get Directions.
