4 Rounds for Time

800 m Run

10 Towel Pull-Ups*

15 Burpees

10 Toes to Bar

*Take a large towel; throw it over a pull-up bar.  Grip it with one hand over the other.  Do 5 reps with right hand over left and then 5 with left hand over right.
